Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm.
O’Kelly’s Jewellers will use a 3rd party courier service for deliveries.
Lead Times for Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver stock items within 5 working days.
Most orders are on an 8 week leadtime, as we deal with only European manufactures,
The estimated date that orders will be delivered is approximate and is not a fixed date. The date is quoted using all the information at our disposal, and sometimes due to situations beyond our control orders can become delayed. In such a case O’Kelly’s Jewellers will not be held liable, but will always endeavour to access customer orders through the most expedient means.
Items out of stock
If you have ordered an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date at which time allowing you the option of continuing with your order.
Deliveries & Installations
All deliveries must to be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery.
Cancellation of Delivery
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation. Orders cancelled out side of this time frame will be shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements
okellysjewellers.ie are committed to selling great value, high-quality products and we hope you’ll enjoy your purchases.
If your items are delivered faulty or not as described on our website inform the driver at the delivery time. If you are reporting the fault by email, we require that you attach photos of the damaged/faulty product so that we can confirm that the item is in fact damaged/faulty.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. Where applicable, you may cancel your order. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
Okellysjewellers.ie operate a strict 12 month warranty on all goods.
This warranty will cover all repairs/replacements pertaining to genuine faults reported only within a 12 month period. Complaints made outside of 12 months are not covered by warranty.
How do I return a product after delivery? All products must be unopened and in their original packaging. You have 48 days from delivery date to notify okellysjewellers.ie if you want to return your product, a return charge will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can return the item to the store that you purchased it (Bray or Wicklow).
Conditions of our refunds policy
If you wish to return goods, collection of these can be arranged by contacting us and a collection fee will apply, this collection fee varies depending on where you live. This collection fee may or may not be greater than the original delivery charge. Otherwise you can make your own arrangements to return the product to our head office.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to availability and to acceptance, in accordance with all terms and conditions.
We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
Payment & Pricing
All payments are made through an online transaction processor, Paypal.
All prices shown are inclusive of the relevant Value Added Tax applied in accordance with Republic of Ireland legislation in force at the tax point date.
O’Kelly’s Jewellers reserves the right to change prices & delete products at their discretion.
